The app BodyBalance!™ helps you to become aware of tension in your body and to sense when your breathing is deep and relaxed!
Through training in body awareness, you can make yourself more alert to the presence of stress, improve your breathing and reduce muscular tension and pain.
Short breaks allow for recovery, releasing energy so that you feel more awake and alert.
